Air Gauge Guard - Automotive Compression Molding

Designed to protect tire check gauges from the shock of a fall, Qualiform experts worked with the customer to design an outer rubber cover for maximum protection.

Custom Compression Molding for the Automotive Industry

Using compression molding and a special compound that we designed specifically for shock absorption, we created a guard the fits perfect around a tire gauge guard. We used a secondary operation to add holes on the guard for a snug fit and great finish.
